Throughout the project, we establish regular check-ins and formal milestone presentations. What project management tools do you use?

Our toolkit is built around transparency. We primarily use Notion for documentation and roadmapping (our 'source of truth'), Slack for daily communication, and Figma for design collaboration and feedback. You will be given access to these tools as a guest, ensuring you have full visibility into project progress at all times and can provide feedback directly where the work is happening.

Do you offer standalone services?

While our greatest value is in end-to-end projects, we do offer standalone services for the right partners, such as a brand identity system or a UX audit. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can deliver tangible, strategic impact. Who owns the intellectual property?

Upon final payment, you do. Our standard agreement transfers all intellectual property rights for the work we create specifically for you. This includes all design source files (e.g., Figma files), final code repositories, and brand guidelines. We believe you are paying for a business asset and should have full ownership. We only retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.

How do you price your projects?

We provide a fixed-price proposal for a clearly defined scope of work. This approach provides you with cost certainty and ensures we are focused on delivering value, not just logging hours. For ongoing partnerships, we typically work on a monthly retainer. We are committed to transparency and will provide a detailed breakdown of costs in our proposal.

What is a typical project timeline?

Timelines vary based on complexity, but a comprehensive branding and website project can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months. A smaller project, like a targeted landing page, might take 4-6 weeks. Our proposal will always include a detailed timeline with key milestones. Adhering to this timeline is a collaborative effort, and we rely on our clients for timely feedback to keep the project moving forward efficiently.
